We are certain you will be happy with your tree however if you have any issues we are able to do a swap within 24 hours of the delivery taking place. After this period we are unable to do any swaps or money back options. Similar to freshly cut flowers, the tree must be treated with care. We are not responsible for any issues once the tree is out of our control. After the 24 hour period for you to state any issues, we are unable to refund you. Due to every tree being selected for every individual order, the tree would be unusable if returned after our 24 hour Swap/return period. Overall we can assure you every tree is selected by specialists who have been selecting Christmas trees for households and businesses for over 50 years, we know what we are looking for, your safe!

• For freshly cut trees that are no longer living via a pot for example, we advise you to water the bottom of the tree via a water Cinco stand if your property is very warm. 
• 99% of our stock survives all the way through Christmas un-watered!
• We advise you NOT to place your tree next to any radiators or fireplaces as this will dry the tree out.
• Our trees should easily make it all the way through to the disposal dates (4-8th January).
• All of our trees are premium grade non drop, so even if they loose some hydration, the needles do not drop.
• Assistance is available for any issues regarding stands or other enquiries - we are always happy to assist.

TREE INFORMATION

• You can trim/ cut the tree if you need to, it will not harm it at all!
• We recommend that you water the base of the tree every other day. 
• Do not water the actual tree foliage as this will not help the tree. 
• For trees that have no water stand, you are able to spray the tree at the base as it will absorb the water. 
• All trees have been freshly cut so you shouldn't need to cut more off the bottom to allow it to drink however if you wish to do so that is fine!
• For Trees that come with a free wooden base, you are able to spray the block with water as it will also absorb the water!
